Need-Based Scholarship for SPARC Programs

Assistance is limited to Upper Darby Township families whose annual income does not exceed 80 percent of the area median income, as determined by HUD. 

All applicants will be required to report on household income and submit either a 2025 tax return or recent paystub for income verification.

This scholarship may be used for one enrollment per family per year.

Please note: This scholarship is funded by the federal government (HUD); as such, questions and response formats are aligned with the funder’s directives. Information provided may be reported to the federal government to ensure compliance.
