3D Technology scholarships are awarded to participants interested in eligible technology-based programs at the SPARC. Scholarships are available first-come first-served until funds are expended for each eligible program.  

How much is this scholarship? 

Scholarships fund the entire enrollment, after a $50 enrollment deposit by the participant.

How do I apply? 

Enroll in the program of your choice.  

Complete this form within 48 hours of enrolling. 

Assistance is limited to Upper Darby Township families whose annual income does not exceed 80 percent of the area median income, as determined by HUD. 

All applicants will be required to report on household income and submit either a 2025 tax return or recent paystub for income verification.

This scholarship may be used for one enrollment per family per year.
